We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. The front desk staff was polite and professional, and they clearly explained what paperwork needed to be completed and the reason for it. Courtney took care of us before the doctor came in, and she was also friendly, polite, and professional. She walked me through the process and explained what exams would be done for my son. Since this was his first eye exam, I really appreciated how she kept him engaged and comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor was wonderful as well. He asked my son questions, was very engaging, and made sure he felt at ease. Overall, it was a phenomenal visit from start to finish.

I have written a review before about Advanced Eye Care. I need I feel I must write another one. A month or so ago I had issue with contact lens. I had no appointment and asked if someone could please look in my eye to see if any contact was stuck. They said my insurance wouldn't cover that would be a medical issue with insurance. I asked if i could pay out of pocket and they did have an opening to see someone. I was escorted into an exam room and saw the nicest Dr O. who checked both my eyes to make sure nothing was stuck in either of them. Turned out to be dry eyes only. I went up to desk to see how much the service had cost and they told me have a good day! I cannot say enough about this place. Dr Tiffany was my doctor who I absolutely LOVED but is gone. I will remain a patient love them. Very good people. Give them a try!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr Hogan and the amazing staff. The doctor did a fantastic job and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. The team was welcoming, kind, and efficient. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I’m very grateful for such a wonderful experience! Thank you Dr Hogan once again for giving a new life with great vision!!!!

All went extremely smooth when I needed to upgrade my safety glasses to my latest prescription. Cress was very professional & knowledgeable about what I needed & got me in and out quickly, Great atmosphere & friendly staff. I highly recommend them for the latest styles and all your eye wear necessities. 👍

Dr. Hogan is the most professional and knowledgeable eye-care provider I have ever visited. She is exceptionally thorough and consistently goes the extra mile to evaluate every aspect of your eye health. Her staff is also highly competent, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.

This is the best eye care place in chicago when you get there ask for Bobby he did an amazing job on fixing my glasses. Hes great! So is everyone else!!!!!!!

I brought my special needs daughter to Dr. Casey. She was very thorough and nice in making sure my daughter was comfortable and explaining everything she was doing. It made me feel safe and comfortable also. Thank you so much

Dr.Opferman, Jenna, and Courtney were amazing. I took my children there for the 1st time. They were all so kind and showed patience. Most of all they answered all the questions my curious children had without frustration. I Will for sure come back!
