Illinois Eye Institute, an affiliate clinic of the University of Chicago, in 1998.
Upon completion of this program, Dr. Casey participated in a fellowship program at the prestigious Boston Medical

where she actively participated in the clinical education of future optometrists and her peers.
She was inducted into the American Academy of Optometry as a fellow in December 2000, and is very proud to see
her associate, Dr. Karina Langle, inducted as of this year, 2011.

Foundation, and is a Fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Optometry. She has received many awards and
clinical distinctions, including the Vistakon Fellowship Award, and was named as one of "America's Top Optometrists"
in 2002 by the National Consumers Research Council, and as a "Who's Who in Health Sciences Education" in 2005.
Her greatest achievement to date is opening the doors of Advanced Eyecare Professionals, PC, working with the same
staff since 1997, and keeping the doors open during rough economic times. "I truly believe this office would not
be where it is today without the hard work and efforts of my staff and the loyalty of all of our patients-I give
credit where credit is due, and I owe so much of our success to them."
